Creamy baked Brie is topped with tart cranberries, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey all wrapped in golden puff pastry or served simply melted in a dish. Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz / 225g) Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup (50g) fresh or dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup (40g) chopped pecans (lightly toasted)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (optional, for wrapping)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash, if using pastry)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish

Instructions

Option 1: With Puff Pastry
